SOTF MISFIT Task Organization

The SOTF MISFIT command framework is built to deploy, task-organize, and direct integrated special and conventional forces in order to accomplish time-sensitive direct action, special reconnaissance, counterterrorism-themed, and combined joint objectives across the operational area.

Ground Combat

Sustained infantry operations, combined-arms maneuver, and force protection to seize, hold, and exploit terrain in support of the operation.

Reconnaissance

2nd Recon / Force Recon

Deep reconnaissance, long-dwell surveillance, route/area reconnaissance, denied-area reporting, and precision target development.

Aviation

2nd MAW / HMLA-269

Close air support, armed overwatch, aerial reconnaissance, escort, utility support, and casualty evacuation coordination.

Joint Effects

26th STS

Combat control, joint fires, assault-zone control, personnel recovery, and air-ground integration for special tactics support.

SOF Coordination

Raider / MSOT Coordination

When mission design calls for Marine special operations support, direct action, sensitive reconnaissance, hostage-recovery-style scenarios, partner-force advising, and counterterrorism-themed effects are handled as a coordination lane without adding another top-level unit history page.

Public Operation Brief

Weekend Operation

This brief is visible to everyone. It gives prospective recruits and current members the general operation picture without exposing server connection details, mod manifests, or internal task organization. RSVP is restricted to verified Discord members.

Event Saturday Main Operation

Primary weekend formation for campaign movement, patrol lanes, raid/seizure work, reconnaissance tasking, CASEVAC, aviation support, and command discipline.

Time Saturday · 2000 EST

Final step-off time may be adjusted by staff in Discord. Members should complete mod checks and stage early.

Access Drill

  1. Verify through the Member Portal and complete intake.
  2. Review the approved mod packet posted for the event.
  3. Sync required Workshop content before formation.
  4. Stage in the assigned voice channel with a working microphone.
  5. Wait for cadre release before entering the operation.
  6. Load in as assigned and report to your element lead.

Mod Readiness

Environment: Marine-inspired Arma Reforger milsim
Access: invite-only through Discord approval
Use: training lanes, patrol bases, campaign missions, FTX events, qualification events, and main operations.
Standard: keep mods current, test before step-off, and do not publish internal connection details.

Battle Rhythm

  • Training Night: Friday, 8:00 PM EST
  • Main Operation: Saturday, 8:00 PM EST
  • Recruit Processing: As Needed
  • Mod checks and access sync should be completed before formation.

Before Step-Off

  • Working microphone and disciplined radio comms.
  • Required mods installed and tested before the event.
  • Correct Discord channel and billet assignment confirmed.
  • Understand your role: rifleman, team leader, recon, corpsman, aviation support, controller, or command element.

Mission Set

SOTF MISFIT operations are built around coordinated ground movement, reconnaissance, green-side field medicine, aviation support, and command-and-control discipline. The operation should feel like an active AO, not a lobby. Members load in only after approval, receive task organization, move with a purpose, and build the unit record through attendance, performance, qualifications, and leadership.
